These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Streak Ltd. ("Leadar", "we", "us") governing your use of the Leadar Me mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The Service
Leadar Me provides a personal CRM for business relationships, including digital business cards, contact management, message templates, AI-assisted drafting and polish, and business card scanning.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@leadar.me of unauthorized access.
4. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans include usage quotas described in the app. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of Leadar Me is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, including fair-use rules for AI features.
6. AI-generated content
AI features may produce drafts based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before sending it to contacts. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.
