This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Leadar Me, including AI features such as business card OCR, message drafting, template generation, and persona tools.
1. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to violate law or third-party rights; upload malware; circumvent usage limits; harass others; send unsolicited bulk messages; or abuse AI or scanning features.
2. AI fair use
Usage is subject to your plan's monthly quotas and fair-use burst limits (hourly and daily caps) designed to prevent abuse.
"Unlimited" AI on paid plans means no fixed monthly cap for normal personal CRM use — not permission for automated bulk generation, reselling AI output, or activity that materially increases infrastructure costs. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed fair-use limits.
3. Changes
Current limits vary by plan and may change with notice; see your in-app billing screen for monthly quotas.
